Here are some resources I've found useful on multiple levels. You'll find downloads from some leading institutions. You may notice that some are targeted towards specific professions but are adaptable for yourself and your clients or students.
For the last several years, I've served as a volunteer leader for the Association for Experiential Education's Therapeutic Adventure Professional Group. One of the most significant projects over that time has been the development of the Certified Clinical Adventure Therapist (CCAT) credential. For mental health practitioners interested in learning more about bringing experiential learning and adventure therapy to your clients and students, please see the information below. As the Chair of AEE's Certification Council, I'd be glad to answer your questions about the certification. And if you're interested in professional development and training in this area, I can help with that too.
Before you leave, I invite you to pause and reflect on one way you've demonstrated resilience in the past few days. Remember, sometimes the pausing can feel a little uncomfortable (that's okay) & resilience takes many forms.
